Sucralose Descriptions:  Sucralose is a non-caloric high intensive artificial sweetener, used to substitute sugar. It is approximately 600 times as sweet as sucrose. Unlike other sweeteners, Sucralose is stable under heat and also over a broad range of PH conditions. Therefore, it can be used in baking or products that require a longer shelf life. Sucralose is used as an ingredient in beverages, pharmaceutical products, and in more than 6000 processed foods; it can also be used as a tabletop sweetener for consumers as offered in supermarkets.

Product Advantage:

1. High and pure sweetness--With natural sucrose as the main raw ingredient, it is 600 times as sweet as sucrose, 3 times as sweet as aspartame, and has no bitter after taste.

2. Healthcare function—It is available for patients with obesity and cardiovascular diseases etc.

3. Good solubility and stability—It can be used for various types of food and nutrition.

4. Exceptional heat stability—It is an ideal sweetener for baking, canning, pasteurization, aseptic processing and other manufacturing processes that require high temperature.

5. Long shelf life and broad PH range—It is particularly stable in acidic products, carbonated soft drinks, and other liquid based products.

6. Generally recognized as safe (GRAS)—It has been accepted by several international food safety regulatory organizations, including the U.S. FDA and the Expert Committee on Food Additives of World Health Organization etc.
